As a result of manufacturing billions of mail tabs and counting, we have the mail tab manufacturing process down to a science from material selection, adhesive, timing marks, die cutting and packaging providing a high quality “headache free” mail tab to help maximize your uptime for high, medium  or low volume tabbing.  

Our 1.5 inch mail tab products include: 

Translucent –Translucent mail tabs are the most common mail tabs used today and they are ideally suited for high and medium speed tabbing automation mailings that involve un-enveloped letter-sized mail pieces secured with mail tab(s).  According to the USPS, un-enveloped mail pieces include:  double postcards, folded self-mailers and letter sized booklets.  Translucent paper also provides a less expensive alternative to clear mail tabs especially if complete transparency is not required  

Clear – Ideally suited for multi-color marketing mail pieces or self-mailers that demand a stronger or more rigid mail tab.

Paper – These provide the most economical mail tab solution and they are ideally suited for mail pieces that are primarily white allowing the tab to blend in so the marketing content stands out.
